FRIDAY:

Our oh-so-responsible form teacher aka Ms TSK walked into the class and kindly and responsibly announced and "reminded" us (less than 30 minutes before the exam started) that the yi4 lun4 wen2 lun4 zheng4 fa3 which she had repeatedly repeated that we were not supposed to study was to be tested, and had earlier on even scolded those girls who tried asking her to confirm that the topic was not to be studied for the EOY by saying that they "shang4 ke4 shi2 mei2 ting1 ke3 (never listen during her lesson aka full period of lecture)" .


Fortunately, it was because some of us were still unsure of whether to study yi lun wen or not (other classes said it would be tested) , that some smart (may i emphasise on the word SMART) people like Thalia, Jinghan and Vivian (which 2grace is really REALLY grateful to) SMS-ed her the night before, and our oh-so-responsible TSK said that we needed to study yi lun wen. woohooo (note the sarcarsm). So the night was spent with some people sending out SMS-es to others, whose phones had already been turned off, and even to a certain *AHEM* who only gave out her hp number and not her house number, and turns off her hp PUNCTUALLY at 8pm EVERY NIGHT.


It was only on the next day that everyone (except a certain *AHEM* who still hadn't turned on her phone at 10.30, and it still remains unclear up to this day whether she had received the SMS on that day or not) received the SMS. Phina's mum called up TSK and scolded her over the phone. (YES YES PEOPLE. IT MAKES US FEEL SO GOOD THAT SOMEBODY IS FINALLY GETTING SCOLDED FOR THE "RESPONSIBILITY" SHE HAS) That explained why TSK was somewhat pissed when she stepped into class.


And so, 20 minutes before the exam was to start, Ms TSK said "you all must study yi lun wen." WOW. That was sooooo responsible of her. So when I pointed out the fact that she only told us to study it less than 30 minutes before the exam, she went "excuse me?!" wth! then she started putting the blame on us by saying that we didn't listen during her lesson. (let me guess: she told us to study yi lun wen but all FORTY GIRLS didn't hear it? not even the guai ones? WOW. a pig just flew by.)


And before walking out of the class, she said "zhu4 ni3 men2 hao3 yun4." (Of course, with her as a teacher, we need all the luck we can get.) And with that, she walked out of the class.


Now I'm left here worrying about my conduct grade and how badly it will be affected. Let's just hope that it's already keyed in.

Friday, September 22, 2006 - Complications :

Hey peeps, just realized something after the chasing after you peeps for ur orders. So far, I have orders for about a little more half the class, and the number of books total up to 146. I estimate that the whole class' orders will amount to more than 200, since each person orders about 7 books. So, unless I hail a taxi, which even then i doubt will be enough since I have to lug the whole damn thing up to my house on the 12th storey, and may I add I live at the end of the corridor, I can't collect it. So, I have asked by dad, and he will go and collect it for us. But since the money will only reach his hands on monday night, and he will not have ready cash, which may I add is about 600+ so far, we will only get the books on wednesday.

2nd complication is that some of the books are out of stock. gasp gasp. Apparently, since it is the exam season, many people are last minute buying books for their exams. However, I can't check which are out of stock until I have all of the orders, so yeah. However, I was told that the reprints will happen soon, so I will tell you peeps when you will receive the rest of the books if you all buy. If they are OOS, I won't accept your money first, as I may forget.

I would know what is OOS by Monday, and if I get the list in the weekends, I would put the list up here, so yeah. Be prepared for the sci and math being oos...since they are the hottest items. But this is just my own speculation...

I recommend the English literature book...as it will not be found in popular or whatever. So yeah. If you tell me your order on sunday, I would not accept it either, as I would be emailing the list to the publisher on saturday.

Just one first, still doing the rest. Meanwhile, clear up your geog file! As for the Home Econs folio, I believe it is due on Fri =) By the way, anyone know anywhere to upload pictures other than photobucket etc that has a gallery view? deviantart would be too advanced and uneccessary.
